Police Log: Cops Register Sex Offender, Arrest Suspected Vandal

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Monday, Feb. 13:

1:22 a.m.: A citation/warning was issued during a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Harvard and Maple streets. 

8:14 a.m.: Police registered a sex offender at , 355 Bolton St.

8:57 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage in the vicinity of Cedar Hill Street and Simarano Drive. 

9:58 a.m.: A report concerning suspicious activity was made at the , 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.

11:49 a.m.: Officers investigated a report of harassment at 40 Pheasant Hill Rd. 

1:11 p.m.: A restraining order was served to an individual at the Royal Crest Apartments, 40 Royal Crest Dr., Apt. 5. 

8:44 p.m.: A criminal complaint was filed after a motor vehicle crash with injuries near the intersection of Bolton and Union streets. 

10:35 p.m.: Tyler R. Guerra, 18, of 105 Sterling St., Apt. 1, Worcester, was arrested during a disturbance call at 450 Boston Post Rd. E., Apt. 701. He was charged with vandalizing property. Guerra was arrested on similar charges in Marlborough in early November 2011.
