Police Log: Arrests for Aggravated Rape, Drunken-Driving

The following information was provided by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

 

Friday, June 22

8:18 a.m.: Police responded to a vandalism report on Farm Road.

10:55 a.m.: Police responded to a vandalism report at Wayside Country Store, 1015 Boston Post Rd. East.

11:34 a.m.: There was a report of assault on Robin Hood Road.

1:08 p.m.: Thomas J. Lanigan, 57, of 276 Main St., Apt. 3, Marlborough, was arrested at Target and charged with two counts of larceny over $250.

6:19 p.m.: Police filed a vandalism report at a home on Settlers Lane.

6:57 p.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at Longhorn Steak House, 191 Boston Post Rd. West.

8:52 p.m.: Jairo Duvier Martinez-Gallardo, 24, of 85 Broad St., Apt. 218, Marlborough, was arrested on Broad Street and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

10:03 p.m.: Sex offenses were reported at a Shawmut Avenue residence.

10:46 p.m.: Jeffrey J. Maier, 23, of 23 River St., Northborough, was arrested on Main Street and charged with assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Saturday, June 23

12:23 a.m.: Police received a call for a disturbance at Ghiloni Park. A 15-year-old was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

2:34 a.m.: Police stopped a vehicle at East Main and Church streets. Roberto Lopez, 41, of 73 Brown St., Apt. 1. Waltham, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation.

3:54 a.m.: Police responded to a motor vehicle crash with injuries on Parmenter Street.

5:44 a.m.: Henry A. Perez, 34, of 91 Florence St., Apt. 1, Marlborough, was arrested at home and charged with two counts of aggravated statutory rape of a child.

5:47 a.m. Police filed a larceny report at Ghiloni Park.

1:57 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at World Revival Church Assembly, 373 Lincoln St.

4:45 p.m.: An officer was reported injured in the area of 300 Lakeside Ave.

4:49 p.m.: The Department of Public Works was called out to the Solomon Pond Mall.

6:35 p.m: A larceny report was taken from a home on South Street.

10:38 p.m.: Jorge Alcides Romero-Portillo, 32, of 98 Bolton St., Apt. 2, Marlborough, was arrested on Roosevelt Street and charged with assault and battery on a police officer.

11:19 p.m.: There was a report of trespassing at the vacant office building (former Hewlett Packard) on Forest Street.

Sunday, June 24

12:47 a.m.: Police responded to a disturbance at Wendy's.

2:49 a.m.: Police stopped a car at Elm Street and Locke Drive. Thomas J. Donnellan, 20, of 15 Fernbrook Rd., Northborough, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, having no inspection sticker and a number plate violation.

9:42 a.m.: Police took a report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, on West Main Street.

4:25 p.m.: An animal complaint was unfounded at McDonald's, 155 Boston Post Rd. West.

7:48 p.m.: Vandalism was reported in the area of 68 Hudson St.

8:12 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at CVS Pharmacy, 268 East Main St.

9:29 p.m.: Police took a report of a past breaking and entering on Hildreth Street.

Monday, June 25

12:23 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported at Walgreen's, 99 Granger Blvd.

12:27 a.m.: Trine Erichsen-Vinagre, 43, of 31 Hudson St., New Bedford, was arrested on Kelleher Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
