Police Log: A&B Arrest on 4th

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are listed, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

 

Tuesday, July 3

8:31 a.m.: A motor vehicle crash with property damage was reported on Newton Street.

9:19 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at Sperry's Liquors on East Main Street.

11:50 a.m.: Police responded to a burglarer alarm at Linguine's on Boston Post Road West.

12:34 p.m.: Larceny was reported at St. Mary's Credit Union on West Main Street.

12:36 p.m.: Police responded to a motor vehicle crash with property damage at Capital Farms on Boston Post Road East.

2:32 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on Elm Street.

3:38 p.m.: A motor vehicle crash with property damage was reported at American Legion Post 132 on Maple Street.

4:51 p.m.: A report of suspicious activity was unfounded at McDonald Hotel on Main Street.

6:34 p.m.: Vandalism was reported at Bolton Street and Reservoir Street.

8:38 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Victorian Guest House on Newton Street.

10:13 p.m.: Report of a disturbance was unfounded at Ghiloni Park on Concord Road.

10:17 p.m.: Police responded to serve a restraining order at an apartment on Broad Street.

10:54 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at a four-family residence on Front Street.

11:34 p.m.: A report of suspicious activity was unfounded in the vincinity of Short Street and Rice Street.

Tuesday, July 4

2:25 a.m.: Police responded to check Kane Elementary School on Farm Road after an alarm went off.

7:26 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Affordable Limousine on East Main Street.

8:49 a.m.: A motor vehicle crash with property damage was reported at the Ranch Boarding House on Lincoln Street.

10:40 a.m.: Police responded to an animal complaint at a residence on Houde Street.

1:03 p.m.: Police received a report of vandalism at Shell Gas Station and Food Mart on Lincoln Street.

5:40 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at Ridgewood Condominiums on Bolton Street.

7:17 p.m.: A motor vehicle crash with property damage was reported on Lodi Road.

9:22 p.m.: Report of a disturbance was unfounded on Chestnut Street.

9:49 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on Lincoln Street. Jaime Leigh Harden, 32, of 461 Lincoln St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

11:27 p.m.: Police recieved a report of larceny at Stone Gate Apartments on Silver Leaf Way.

Thursday, July 5

12:34 a.m.: Police responded to a report of assault at an unknown location.

3:19 a.m.: Police responded to suspicious activity at the Lazy Dog on Main Street.
