Police Log: Pizza Shop Fracas Leads to Arrest

Friday, July 20
2:26 p.m.: Police assisted the ambulance in responding to a call from the New England Sports Center.
2:56 p.m.: A reported assault on W. Main St. led to the arrest of Jean Beane, 41, of 131 Pleasant St., Apt. 3, Marlborough, on charges of assault and battery.
4:16 p.m.: Police took a missing person report from E. Main St.
5:24 p.m.: A warrant arrest was made at the Marlborough Police Department. Obdulio Victor Bernal, 37, of 133 Broadmeadow Rd., Apt. 3, Marlborough, was arrested on a true warrant.
7:17 p.m.: A disturbance at Tino's Pizza led to an arrest. Alves Diogo Nascimento, 24, of 206 Bolton St., Apt. 11, Marlborough, faces charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and vandalizing property.
10:26 p.m.: A missing person report was taken from an address on Harrison Place.
11:50 p.m.: A Worcester man was arrested after a disturbance was reported on Leonard Dr. Mario S. Reyes, 25, of 3Q State St., Apt. 3, Worcester, faces charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Saturday, July 21
1:26 a.m.: Vandalism was reported to an addresses on Hemenway St.
12:16 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with property damage only was reported at Price Chopper supermarket.
1:18 p.m.: Larceny was reported on Lamarre Dr.
10:10 p.m.: A report of suspicious activity on Elizabeth Rd. led to an arrest. Tyler M. Silva, 33, of 4 Appleton Dr., Hudson, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, operating under the influence of drugs, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Sunday, July 22
4:09 a.m.: A domestic disturbance on Chestnut St. led to an arrest. Grant A. Everett, 46, of 203 Chestnut St., Marlborough, faces a charge of assault and battery.
