One Traffic Stop Leads to Two Arrests
All arrests are reported. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department Monday night resulted in arrests of two out-of-town men.
At 7:36 p.m., James Patrick Miklasz, 22, of 28 Main St., in Grafton, was pulled over on Boston Post Road.
After the responding officer completed an investigation, Miklasz was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving without an inspection sticker.
During the investigation, the responding officer also found Miklasz's passenger, Vincent Joseph Thompson, 24, of 107 Broad St., in Marlborough, had a default warrant out for his arrest.
According to Sgt. John Harris, the warrant was for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Miklasz was released at 9:33 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Tuesday.
Thompson was held overnight and transported to Framingham District Court Tuesday morning for his arraignment.
