Oct. 18: Arrest Made in Car Robbery at the Cozy Cafe

12:17 a.m.: An act of harassment is reported at the Wayside Condominiums, 688 Boston Post Rd. E.
12:11 p.m.: Larceny is reported at 192 Bolton St.
2:59 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage near the intersection of Lincoln and Cross streets.
3:36 p.m.: Police respond to suspicious activity at the Cozy Cafe, 487 Lincoln St., and subsequently arrest Matthew Merrill, 20, of 103 Frye St., on suspicion of breaking and entering into a vehicle/boat in the daytime for a felony, larceny over $250 and Class D civil possession of marijuana.
7:40 p.m.: Services are rendered when officers serve a restraining order at the Shell Gas Station/Food Mart, 431 Lincoln St.
