1. The 4th Annual Mom's Night Out at the Solomon Pond Mall will take place from 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 10. This mall-wide event will be full of great activities and freebies that moms will love! Starting at 5, the first 75 moms who register at guest services will get a "canvas swag bag" filled with great samples, such as shampoos, makeup color samples, and chocolates. Starting at 4 p.m. near JC Penny, register to win great prizes. Each hour a gift basket will be given away, such as a basket with a variety of products from Yankee Candle. There will be fitness demonstrations, shopping discounts, and a variety of cuisine samples from restaurants such as TGI Fridays, Regina Pizzeria, and Sam's Club. Horseshoe Pub of Hudson will offer samples of their butternut squash ravioli and will have a beer and wine tasting. A donation of $5 for the tasting will benefit the Marlborough Junior Women's club and the Simon Youth Foundation. For more information, click here.

2. The students from The Advanced Math and Science Academy (AMSA) Charter School and Marlborough High School are both very lucky to have great after prom-all nighters at Wayside Racquet and Swim Club. Help offset the cost of these fun and safe events for the kids by participating in some great fundraisers. AMSA will have a fundraiser from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday, May 10 at Jenny Boston in Westborough. Jenny Boston is a ladies accessories boutique that sells fashion jewelry, purses, scarves and travel bags at great prices. Find the perfect accessories to go with your prom gown, or pick up a beautiful and well-appreciated gift for mom. Proceeds from the sale will benefit the AMSA after-Prom party. MHS has two fundraisers in May for the Allnighter party: from 8 a.m. to noon, Saturday May 20 at Honey Dew Donuts, 20 percent of sales will be donated to the MHS Allnighter.
