May 4: Hudson Man Arrested for Intimidating a Witness, Violating Abuse Prevention Order

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Wednesday May 4, 2011. All arrests are reported.

 

12:43 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop in the area of the Halfway Cafe, 820 Boston Post Rd. E. 

9:16 a.m.: An act of larceny is reported at the Hess Gas Station, 770 Boston Post Rd. E. 

12:14 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with property damage is reported at the Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School, 215 Fitchburg St. 

2:07 p.m.: An act of larceny is reported at Target, 605 Boston Post Rd. E. 

6:08 p.m.: Leandro Junio DeSouza, 24, of 236 Lincoln St., is arrested in a motor vehicle stop at Pleasant St. and Pleasant Ct., and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving with a revoked registration and no insurance, and providing a false name to police. 

7:00 p.m.: Police take a report of harassment at The Shelter (Roland's House), 57 Mechanic St.

8:09 p.m.: Dwight P. Marchant, 40, of 29 Michigan Dr., Hudson, is arrested at 187 Pleasant St. for violating an abuse prevention order, nighttime felony of breaking and entering in a vehicle/boat, impeding an investigation and witness intimidation. 

10:18 p.m.: Officers investigate a suspicious motor vehicle in the vicinity of Essex and Church streets.
