May 20-22: Woman Arrested on Litany of Drug Charges, Juvenile for Assault
Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Friday, May 20 through Sunday, May 22, 2011. All arrests are reported.
12:20 a.m.: Services are rendered when officers investigate an act of larceny at 288 East Main St.
11:08 a.m.: Anderson Brito Dutra, 36, of 181 Boston Post Rd. E. Apt. 1, is arrested during a motor vehicle accident in the area of 200 West Main St., and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
2:22 p.m.: There is a report filed concerning harassment at the Whitcomb School, 25 Union St.
3:22 p.m.: Leonel E. Aguilar, 17, of 174 Broad St. Apt. 2, was arrested in a domestic disturbance at the same address. He is charged with assault and battery, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
4:02 p.m.: A 14-year-old juvenile is arrested on assault and battery charges after a disturbance is reported to police at 203 Essex St.
6:36 p.m.: After responding to a report of suspicious activity at the Bigelow School, 57 Orchard St., police place in protective custody Leonel Araldo Cambarra, 52, of 17 High St. Apt. 1, Axel R. Espinoza, 48, of 477 Lincoln St. Apt. 2, and Fausto Silverio Garcia, 40, of 355 Lincoln St. Apt. 2, and charge them with disturbing the peace and violating City ordinance.
9:05 p.m.: Police issue a restraining order at headquarters, 355 Bolton St.
9:52 p.m.: Joseph Michael Rockland, 19, of 566 Stow Rd., is arrested in the vicinity of 388 Stow Rd., for procuring liquor under the age of 21.
2:02 a.m.: A domestic disturbance is investigated at Countryside Village, 460 Boston Post Rd. E. Apt. 413.
11:05 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop at the Holiday Inn, 265 Lakeside Ave.
1:32 p.m.: Harassment is reported to police at 319 East Main St. Apt. E8.
5:13 p.m.: Michael L. Letendre, 46, of 125 Second St., is arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the area of the Navin Skating Rink, 451 Bolton St., for a subsequent offense of driving on a suspended license and speeding.
7:40 p.m.: After responding to an erratic operator report, police arrest Joseph C. Fairley, 48, of 197 Ridge Rd., and charge him with a second offense OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violations.
1:32 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop at the Shell Gas Station, 342 Boston Post Rd. E.
2:26 a.m.: A report is filed concerning a disturbance at Marlborough Hospital, 157 Union St.
10:45 a.m.: Police file a report concerning suspicious activity at the Solomon Pond Mall, 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.
11:21 a.m.: A report of threats made is investigated at 24 Lakeshore Dr.
5:34 p.m.: A missing person is reported at Solomon Pond Mall, 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.
9:10 p.m.: Saqueo Lorenzana Contreras, 35, of 198 West Main St. Apt. 1, is arrested after police respond to a disturbance at the same address. He is charged with disorderly conduct.
10:46 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Bond and Lincoln streets, Eva Lee Hall, 21, of 11 Ames Pl. Apt. B, is arrested and charged with conspiracy to violate Drug Law, possession to distribute a Class A drug, possession to distribute a Class C drug, Possession to distribute a Class D drug, motor vehicle lights violations, failure to slow, and possession of a Class A drug.
