May 2: Police Serve Arrest Warrants, Charge Local Man with Assault

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Monday, May 2, 2011. All arrests are reported.

 

7:51 a.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident in the vicinity of Burger King, 484 Boston Post Rd. E.

10:26 a.m.: Guiherme Mendes Santana, 17, of 447 Boston Post Road E. Apt. 19, is arrested on an outstanding warrant at Baystate Painting, 447 Boston Post Rd. E.

11:59 a.m.: A report is filed concerning suspicious activity at 67 Chestnut St.

1:33 p.m.: Police attempt to serve a summons at 771 Boston Post Rd. E.

2:31 p.m.: Officers respond to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at Wayside Glass and Mirror Co., 940 Boston Post Rd. E.

5:10 p.m.: An arrest warrant is served at police headquarters, 355 Bolton St., to Christopher T. Dirico, 21, of 82 Mount Pleasant St.

5:46 p.m.: A restraining order is served at police headquarters, 355 Bolton St.

9:34 p.m.: A past instance of burglary/breaking and entering is reported at 135 Highland St.

10:28 p.m.: Emanuel Souza Aguiar, 21, of 342 Lincoln St. Apt. 311, is arrested in apt. 405, of the same address, on charges of assault and battery after police respond to a domestic disturbance.

11:42 p.m.: An assault is reported at Target, 605 Boston Post Rd. E.
