Do you support requiring proof of legal residency as a condition for receiving any public assistance (other than "emergency" medical care)? And if so, what do you propose to do to make it law. Do you favor in-state tuition for illegal aliens?

Is it possible in a one-party state to eliminate, or even to minimize, the graft and corruption that has been endemic to Massachusetts politics since I've been alive? How many more House Speakers have to be indicted before people realize that power corrupts and absolute power (a one-party state...either party) corrupts absolutely. My question, along with that, is do you believe in term limits as one way to help minimize this problem?
