July 28: Police Make Arrests for Public Lewdness, Attempted Murder

2:28 a.m.: Nicole Marie Spinazola, 29, of 33 Red Spring Rd., was arrested during a motor vehicle stop in front of the Marlborough Fire Department and charged with failure to yield at an intersection/no turn on red light and OUI liquor.
9:08 a.m.: A report is filed concerning a motor vehicle accident with property damage in the vicinity of Ash and Pleasant streets.
11:13 a.m.: An act of fraud/forgery is reported at Marlborough Savings Bank, 81 Granger Blvd.
1:32 p.m.: Police investigate a report of larceny at the Marriott Courtyard Marlborough, 75 Felton St.
3:59 p.m.: Suspicious activity is investigated in the area of CVS Pharmacy, 268 East Main St., Apt. A.
6:48 p.m.: Officers respond to a disturbance at Lincoln and Bolton streets, and arrest Erin Margaret Barry, 23, of 75 Prospect St., Apt. 2F. She is charged with disturbing the peace and open and gross lewdness. This is the second time in less than a week Barry has been arrested on similar charges.
7:36 p.m.: A past breaking and entering/burglary is reported to police at 30 Highland St.
9:44 p.m.: William L. Caira, 46, of 76 Ball Hill Rd., Berlin, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop and charged with a subsequent offense possession of a Class B drug, OUI drugs, reckless endangerment to a child under 18, trafficking in 28-100 grams of cocaine and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. 9:57 p.m.: In the course of investigating a domestic disturbance on Monument Ave., police arrest Pablo Adolfo Morales, 22, of 26 Monument Ave., Apt. 2nd Fl., on charges of attempted murder, assault and battery, assault and battery to intimidate with bodily injury, malicious destruction of property under $250 and impeding an investigation through witness intimidation.
