2:05 a.m.: During a motor vehicle stop near McDonalds restaurant, 250 Maple St., police arrest Geronimo DeCastro, 27, of 31 Weld St., Apt. 7, Framingham, and charge him with OUI liquor.
8:43 a.m.: Police investigate the report of suspicious activity at Glenhaven, 56 Framingham Rd.
9:56 a.m.: A past breaking and entering burglary is reported at the Solomon Pond Mall, 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.

He is charged with breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, assault and battery, impeding an investigation through witness intimidation, breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony and vandalizing property.
