DUI on Yard of AA Founder, Assault to Murder and Best of the Year

From a Marlborough man arrested for driving under the influence after parking his car on the lawn of the birth home of a founder of Alcoholic's Anonymous to attempted murder; we have a roundup of the crime in the area.

 

A Marlborough man was charged with a DUI in Vermont after parking his car on the lawn of the birth home of a cofounder of Alcoholic's Anonymous.

On the Sunday before Christmas, Dec. 23, at 3:33 a.m. police arrested Justin Bisset, 38, of 39A 1st Street Apt. 805 in Worcester on Pleasant Street on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault to murder.

The year was also host to a number of wacky police stories in MetroWest. They were compiled in our list of the strangest calls of 2012.
