A Bolton man was arrested by Marlborough Police twice in less than a 24 hour period this past weekend.
Dana A. Dahill, 41, of 57 Wheeler Rd., Bolton, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of the Ninety Nine restaurant Thursday, Jan. 26 and charged with his second offense OUI liquor, marked lanes violations, failure to stop or yield, driving with a revoked registration and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
After an arraignment at Marlborough District Court Friday morning, Dahill was released. A Marlborough police officer on the scene observed Dahill driving away from the courthouse, however, and had knowledge of his suspended license, said Detective Scott DeCiero. The officer pulled him over at approximately 10:15 a.m. on Lakeside Avenue (approaching 495) and arrested him again.
Dahill was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
He was expected to appear at Marlborough District Court for a second arraignment Monday morning.
