April 26: Hudson Man Arrested for Robbery, Marlborough Woman Faces Charges in Westborough Court

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Tuesday, April 26, 2011. All arrests are reported.

 

12:36 a.m.: Mark P. Tzimas, 20, of 10 Worcester Ave., Hudson, is arrested in the area of Sumner and Elm streets on an outstanding warrant after police respond to the report of a robbery.

8:54 a.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with property damage in the vicinity of Essex St. and Marlton Dr.

10:46 a.m.: A report concerning harassent is filed by officers at 31 Western View Dr.

1:37 p.m.: An act of larceny is reported at the Whitcomb School, 25 Union St.

4:12 p.m.: Vandalism is reported at 42 Maplewood Ave. 

4:13 p.m.: Services are rendered when police investigate some suspicious activity in the vicinity of Stow and Dean roads. 

7:47 p.m.: Police serve an arrest warrant at the WestEnder, 493 Boston Post Rd. W., and take Frank C. Anzalone IV, 23, of 61 Fairmount St. Apt. 3, into custody.

 

Court News:

Ruth T. Oxer-Hasenzahl, 60, of 38 Brown St. #1, Marlborough, was arrested in Westborough on Feb. 16 on charges of negligent operative of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and marked lane violations. Judge Robert Calagione dismissed the charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. The charge of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage was dismissed with $200 in court costs. The defendant was found not responsible for marked lane violations.
