5th DUI and High School Drug Offence

The following Police Log information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

 

Wednesday, Feb. 6

9:35 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from the Assabet Valley Regional Vocational High School on Fitchburg Street.

9:58 a.m.: Larceny was reported from advocates on Mill Street Central.

12:29 p.m.: A drug offence was reported from the Marlborough High School on Bolton Street.

2:27 p.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from St. Mary's Credit Union on South Bolton Street.

3:14 p.m.: Threats were reported from East Main Street.

4:16 p.m.: Police arrested John Sheldon, 37, of 336 East Main Street Apt. 22 on East Main Street on charges of assault and battery.

5:22 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from East Main Street.

5:36 p.m.: Police arrested Miguel Mojica-Encarnacion, 26, of 319 East Main Street Apt. D6 on Farm and Broadmeadow Roads on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of a special regulation.

6:24 p.m.: Auto theft was reported from the Sheffield Court Condominiums on Boston Post Road East.

6:39 p.m.: An assault was reported from Hosmer Street.

6:49 p.m.: An assault was reported from Kings View Road.

7:36 p.m.: A disturbance was reported from the Marlborough House of Pizza on Main Street.

11:19 p.m.: Police arrested Jay Hannan, 50, of 76 Huntington Ave. Apt. 1. on Hudson and Union Streets on charges of 5th offence or greater for operating under the influence of liquor, speeding in violation of a special regulation, failing to stop for police, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, a subsequent offence of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and resisting arrest.

11:26 p.m.: A burglar alarm went off at JC Penny on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

Thursday, Feb. 7

1:23 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at the Marlborough Hospital on Union Street.
