- Superintendent of the Marlborough public schools Anthony Pope has rescheduled the community forum he was set to host this evening due to the forecasted snow. The event has been rescheduled to Tuesday, Feb. 1 at 7:30 p.m. at the District Education Center.
- Another event, a reception to welcome the newly installed director of the Marlborough Public Library, has also been moved due to impending weather. Planned to run from 6-8 p.m. in the Bigelow Auditorium at the library, it will now be hosted Tuesday, Feb. 15 at the same time and place.
- The First Church of Marlborough is scheduled to host a spaghetti supper this evening from 5-7 p.m. Before you head down there though, make sure they have not rescheduled by call 508-485-6297 or go to their website.
- Though the heavy weather is sure to be in full force by tomorrow evening, if you find yourself in need of a late dinner out, head on down to Piccadilly Pub on Route 85 towards Hudson. The pub offers an excellent late-night menu with great service.
- Estimations for the regions next nor’easter has been downgraded somewhat, but most outlets are still predicting eight to 12 inches of snow for Marlborough.
